A manual ride recommendation app that helps taxi drivers review visible ride offers with clearer fare, distance, time and area signals. FareLatch does not accept rides. The driver always reviews the original driver app screen and makes the final decision.
What FareLatch Helps With
FareLatch helps drivers review visible ride offers using saved preferences and on-device calculations such as fare quality, effective Rs/km, estimated Rs/hour, pickup distance, pickup time when visible, drop distance, drop time, pickup areas, destination areas, static blocked zones or areas, CNG support, Go To Area route-corridor assistance, ride history and support diagnostics.
Important Driver Decision Note
FareLatch is a decision-support app. It does not accept rides, book rides, operate driver accounts or guarantee ride availability, better earnings, incentives or platform outcomes. The driver remains responsible for checking every ride offer and making the final manual decision.
Compatibility
Current testing focuses on visible ride offers in Ola Driver, Rapido Driver and Uber Driver. Compatibility depends on what those apps display and expose on the phone screen. These names are used only to explain compatibility. FareLatch is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or sponsored by Ola, Rapido or Uber.
Pricing
Regular monthly price: Rs 3,000 + 18% GST.
Introductory 50% discount price: Rs 1,500 + 18% GST.
The introductory price works out to about Rs 50 per day before GST for a 30-day month. Even one small better-quality trip may help a driver cover more than the introductory daily cost, while every ride decision still remains manual and fully with the driver. FareLatch does not guarantee rides or income.
Trial, Billing and Cancellation
Each customer mobile number is eligible for one 2-hour free trial. The same customer mobile number should not receive another free trial for FareLatch. Subscription is prepaid for one month. No refunds are offered after purchase. If a customer cancels, the paid subscription remains active until the expiry date. Subscription-expiry notifications should be sent before or around expiry where practical.
Digital Delivery
FareLatch is a digital software product. No physical shipping is involved. After successful payment confirmation and account setup, access is delivered digitally through app activation, subscription enablement, onboarding instructions or support instructions.
Privacy and On-Device Processing
FareLatch reads visible ride-offer information locally on the customer's Android phone so that it can show recommendation signals to the driver. Ride parsing, saved-preference matching, recommendations, ride history, earnings calculations and area matching happen on-device. FareLatch does not automatically upload ride offers, ride history, screenshots, screen recordings, pickup/drop details, earnings history or parsed ride data. Diagnostics and optional issue videos are shared only when the customer chooses to send them for support.
Privacy Guard and Accessibility
FareLatch can pause ride scanning and hide overlays when private or non-driving apps appear in the foreground. Android does not allow an app to automatically enable its own Accessibility service. Customers must enable or disable Accessibility permissions themselves through Android settings. Customers should use a dedicated work phone or work profile where possible and avoid opening banking, UPI, personal chats, photos, password managers or other sensitive apps while FareLatch Accessibility is enabled.

FAQ
Does FareLatch accept rides for me? No. FareLatch does not accept rides. You review the visible offer and make the final decision yourself.
Does FareLatch guarantee better income? No. FareLatch can help you review offer quality more clearly, but it does not guarantee rides, income, incentives or platform outcomes.
Can I get a refund after paying? No refunds are offered after purchase. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the paid expiry date.
