How We Work

Our engagement process begins when a client submits a proposal request through the website, email or direct communication.


The requirement is recorded through our internal proposal intake process so that the scope, service requirement, organisation profile, systems, documentation status, staffing needs, timelines and implementation expectations are properly captured.


We then review the submitted information, assess the scope and effort, calculate pricing internally and prepare a techno-commercial proposal.


For compliance and ISO engagements, the proposal includes the proposed scope of work, deliverables, timeline, manpower involvement, assumptions, dependencies, professional fees and next steps.


For staffing and recruitment engagements, the proposal includes the hiring requirement, role scope, recruitment process, estimated timeline, commercial model, assumptions and next steps.


After proposal acceptance, we initiate the engagement with a structured plan, task tracking, communication workflow and periodic review.
