Driver decision support

Fideliora Driver Assist

Review visible trip details, route context, saved preferences and operating-cost information before making your own decision. FDA does not accept or reject rides, replace the original driver app, or promise a particular route, income or outcome.

How FDA fits your shift

Before work, set practical preferences such as preferred and caution areas, pickup and drop boundaries, fuel or CNG planning, working hours and a personal target. These are your inputs, not instructions from Fideliora.

When an offer appears in the original driver app, FDA can help you compare the visible details with your saved preferences. It can present a short reason summary so you can review the same factors consistently. You still check the original app, current road conditions, platform rules and your own safety before deciding.

Preferred and caution areas are personal planning markers. They do not describe demand, safety, legality or availability, and they do not replace the driver's knowledge of current local conditions. Pickup and drop boundaries are also review aids; they are not geofences that control another app.

After the shift, local history can help you revise preferences for later work. The tool is intended to support a repeatable review habit, not to predict earnings or make a decision on your behalf.

Your decision remains manual. The original driver app remains the decision screen. FDA does not tap ride buttons or guarantee acceptance, completion, income, profit, demand or route availability.

What you can review

FDA organises customer-visible or driver-entered context into a clear review. Availability depends on the phone, Android permissions, the source app and the information visible at that moment. A missing signal is shown as unavailable rather than guessed.

The review is designed to remain concise enough for a parked or safely stopped driver to understand. Do not interact with FDA while driving. If a source screen changes, a permission is unavailable or the information cannot be read reliably, return to the original driver app and make the decision there.

Trip context

Compare visible pickup and drop information, direction, area fit and saved pickup or drop boundaries. Road distance is presented as exact only when suitable local route data is available.

Operating context

Review fuel or CNG plans, waiting considerations and the preferences you chose before the shift. These are planning aids, not statements about future cost or earnings.

Reason summary

See a concise explanation of which saved factors appear relevant. The explanation is advisory and should be checked against the original app and current conditions.

Privacy Guard

Reduce scanning when sensitive screens are detected. Privacy Guard lowers risk but cannot promise to identify or block every sensitive screen on every device or app version.

Direct rides and trip notes

For a direct or self-arranged ride, the driver can prepare a driver-issued estimate or trip note using distance or time basis, a chosen rate, waiting time, fuel or CNG, maintenance and optional charges. The driver reviews the entries before using or sharing the document.

A trip note can be exported as a PDF through the phone. It is not a booking confirmation from Fideliora, a tax invoice from a transport platform, or a promise that a passenger will accept the estimate. FDA does not operate a ride-booking service and does not collect passenger payments.

Use direct-ride tools only where they are lawful, permitted by the relevant platform or local rules, and appropriate for your own operation. Keep passenger information to the minimum needed for the driver-issued document.

Privacy, account and support

FDA access uses the verified mobile number and Google or Gmail account associated with the same dedicated taxi phone. Account, payment and access checks remain separate. App Center and FDA may ask Android for confirmation when installation, updates, permissions or settings require owner action.

Keep the dedicated phone updated, protect its screen lock and review Android permission prompts before accepting them. FDA cannot bypass Android controls, silently enable Accessibility, install or remove apps without owner confirmation, or repair every device, operating-system, network or provider problem.

For support, share only the app name, a stable support code, issue category, app version, Android or device class, a short description and the result of any safe step you tried. Do not send passwords, OTPs, bank or UPI credentials, private chats, raw GPS history, passenger details, payment credentials or unrelated screenshots.

Submitting a support request creates a Zoho Desk ticket. Fideliora Support will follow up using the email address you provide, and you can view ticket updates in My Area. No instant or 24x7 response is promised. Android, hardware, network or provider conditions may require guided steps that FDA cannot complete silently.

Trial and access

Current amount payable by UPI from a bank account: Rs 1,186 for 30 calendar days. This includes Rs 1,179 for FDA access (inclusive of 18% GST), a Rs 5.93 convenience fee at the current 0.50% UPI bank-account rate, and Rs 1.07 GST on that fee. Renewal is manual and does not auto-renew.

Payment does not guarantee activation. Failed, partial, mismatched, refunded, reversed or charged-back payments may prevent, delay, suspend or revoke access while the authoritative payment and account state is reviewed.

Get FDA through Fideliora App Center

Use Fideliora App Center as the official first-party Android path for eligible FDA installation and updates. Android always asks the device owner to confirm installation or update actions. Do not use forwarded installation files or third-party mirrors.
