Commercials, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, timelines, access, dependencies, payment terms and support terms are confirmed through a proposal, order confirmation, invoice, subscription/license confirmation, payment link or other written agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, required access, required data and cooperation needed for delivery. Fideliora may decline, pause or modify an engagement where the scope is unclear, required inputs are unavailable, payment is overdue, or the requested work is outside applicable law or agreed terms.

Fideliora does not issue statutory certifications unless expressly stated. Certification, legal opinion, regulatory representation or specialized advisory requiring licensed professionals may be handled by independent qualified providers where applicable.

Ownership and Permitted Use

Fideliora Global Services Private Limited owns all rights in its apps, websites, software, content and brand names.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps only as these Terms allow.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, resell or redistribute any part of them, or try to get around their security or licence checks, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

If you break this section, your licence ends at once, and we may suspend your access and take legal action.

Privacy Policy

Fideliora collects and uses business contact information and engagement-related information for enquiries, proposals, onboarding, service delivery, support, billing, compliance and communication.

Information may include name, business email, phone number, organisation details, requirement details, transaction references, support communications and information shared by customers for the relevant engagement.

Fideliora uses reasonable safeguards to protect information and limits access to personnel or service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes. Information may be retained as required for service delivery, accounting, compliance, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation treatment depends on the product, subscription, license, service, technology procurement/resale order, system integration work, proposal, invoice or written agreement applicable to the customer.

Fideliora Driver Assist is prepaid 30-calendar-day access. No refund is available by default after access is activated, including for change of mind, non-use or unused days, and access is not refunded on a prorated basis. Fideliora reviews only duplicate or unauthorized charges, successful payments where Fideliora cannot provide the purchased access after a documented support opportunity, merchant error, or refunds required by applicable law.

Any payment convenience fee and GST on that fee are shown separately before payment confirmation and are normally non-refundable after successful processing. This does not limit a refund required by law or an approved full merchant-fault reversal. Any approved exception is case-reviewed and recorded once, and the refund or credit note mirrors only the components actually refunded.

For proposal-based services and other products, cancellation requests are reviewed based on work already performed, resources committed, activated access, third-party costs, non-recoverable expenses and the applicable written terms.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method or another agreed method within a commercially reasonable timeline, subject to payment-provider, banking and reconciliation timelines.

Service Delivery and Fulfilment Policy

Fideliora delivers services, digital products and technology solutions through online communication, email, remote meetings, secure digital access, subscription/license provisioning, implementation support, system integration, vendor coordination, technology procurement/resale fulfilment, documentation, reports, configuration, training, support channels or other agreed delivery methods.

Delivery timelines vary depending on customer requirements, proposal scope, payment confirmation, information availability, access readiness, third-party dependencies and agreed milestones.

For Fideliora-developed products/platforms and related services, delivery, onboarding and support details are provided based on the product terms, subscription plan, proposal, invoice, payment link or order confirmation.

Grievance Redressal and Customer Support

Customers may contact Fideliora for support, billing, delivery, privacy, refund, cancellation or grievance-related questions.

Fideliora will review customer communications and respond based on the nature of the request, available records, applicable engagement terms and operational requirements.
